Pre-release accolades for the self-produced Ryan Adams (out tomorrow — September 9 — on PAX-AM/Blue Note) continue to pour in, as Ryan prepares for tonight’s record release shebang at DC’s 9:30Club and confirms three new dates on his warmly received and briskly selling tour: October 23 at ACL Live at the Moody Theater in Austin TX and a November 22-23 doubleheader at the Hammerstein Ballroom in his sort of former hometown of New York, NY.
Ryan Adams was unveiled last week via NPR’s First Listen in its entirety. The album’s universally lauded first single “Gimme Something Good” as well as “My Wrecking Ball” and “Tired Of Giving Up” are all currently on sale at iTunes and Amazon, and available as instant grat downloads with every order placed for the full LP.
